Shipping policy

At this time, Andronika Skincare only offers shipping within the US.

One coupon code allowed per order, including seasonal sales.

Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns.  That being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if there is an issue with your order.

Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order.  If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.

 For in stock items, we guarantee that your order will be processed and will leave our facility within 72 hours of order acceptance. You will receive shipment notification once that occurs. Custom orders and backorders fall outside of this policy, however; we will contact you with a shipping timeline and estimate in a timely manner.

We are happy to provide ground shipping (US orders only) free of charge on all orders exceeding $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 shipping charge will be added to your order total at checkout.
