Shipping Within the United States

At this time, Andronika ships exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing

Each Andronika order is prepared and packaged by hand with care. For items currently in stock, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 72 hours of order acceptance. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Because Andronika is handcrafted in small batches, custom orders, backordered items, or offerings requiring additional preparation may fall outside of this timeframe. Should additional time be needed, we will contact you with an anticipated shipping timeline.

Shipping Rates

Complimentary ground shipping is offered on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping charge of $10 will be applied at checkout.

Shipping Information & Address Changes

Please take a moment to confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Once tracking information has been issued, we are unable to make changes to the order or shipping address. If an order is returned to Andronika because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because Andronika formulations are handcrafted with naturally derived ingredients, certain products may be sensitive to prolonged exposure to excessive heat. During warmer months, we take additional care when preparing orders for shipment to help protect the integrity of your products during transit.

Upon delivery, we recommend bringing your Andronika package indoors as soon as possible and storing your products according to the directions provided. Andronika cannot be responsible for melting or heat-related changes that occur when a delivered package is left for an extended period in a mailbox, on a porch, or in another area exposed to excessive heat.

Discount Codes

One discount or promotional code may be applied per order, including during seasonal offerings and promotions. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to bundles unless otherwise stated.
